GA Business Group Inc. (GABG) is a financial consulting group specializing in the mining industry. GABG provides customized bookkeeping, controllership, and other financial services to small to medium-sized mineral exploration and mining businesses. What distinguishes GABG from an ordinary accounting firm is that our accountants all have two majors: accounting and engineering. Our accountants all have foreign engineering background and Canadian accounting former training. The engineering background of our staff ranges from geology, chemistry, to computer science. A graduate of, Central South University, Hunan, China, one of the top 15 universities in China, Ms. Fang worked as a Geological Engineer for Jiangxi Non-ferrous Metals Geology Bureau, a state geology agency and a member of the China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association, for over 12 years. Having participated in two nationally awarded gold and copper mineral exploration projects; Ms. Fang has very solid experience in the China mining industry and is well connected with the mining community. In addition, as the owner of Golden Abacus Accounting, Ms. Fang has great in-depth accounting knowledge for the mining industry which she acquired through her process of accounting accrediting program.

Ms. Jiang has been a key player of an import/export business in Fujian province.
Ms. Jiang started her accounting practice in 2006. Through BCIT Financial Management Program, she is capable of handling quite challenge accounting projects and tax issues.
